Bug fixes

This release includes several bug fixes around XTEXT encoding/decoding in SMTP parameters and improves reliability when publishing messages to RabbitMQ. The inbound SMTP server now confirms successful publication before responding with 250-queued.

• Fixed an issue where the ENVID parameter was appended with unexpected data during inbound SMTP processing
• Inbound SMTP server now waits for successful message publication to RabbitMQ before replying with 250-queued
• Resolved a problem where RabbitMQ channels in an error state were not properly closed
• Fixed incorrect decoding of incoming ORCPT parameters containing UTF-8 characters
• Corrected handling of SMTP parameters using XTEXT encoding to ensure proper encoding and decoding
